Biometrics is published quarterly by the International Biometric Society. Its general objective is to promote and extend the use of mathematical and statistical methods in pure and applied biological sciences, by describing and exemplifying developments on these methods and their applications in a form of readily assimilable by experimental scientists. It is also intended to provide a medium for exchange of ideas by experimenters and those concerned primarily with analysis and the development of statistical methodology.
